Sweetwater Care Resource, a leading long-term care provider with over 50 skilled nursing facilities, is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Report Analyst to prepare and analyze Medicare and Medicaid cost reports while ensuring compliance with reimbursement regulations. This is a primarily remote position with occasional travel.

What You'll Do

•             Prepare and submit Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.

•             Analyze financial, operational, and statistical data.

•             Monitor reimbursement regulations and reporting requirements.

•             Support audits and respond to information requests.

•             Collaborate with facility leadership and communicate regulatory updates.

What We're Looking For

•             Bachelor’s degree, preferred

•             Experience with Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting.

•             Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

•             Knowledge of healthcare finance and reimbursement methodologies.

•             Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

•             Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
