Summer Data Analysis Intern

As a Summer Data Analysis Intern at Shein, you will gain hands-on experience in leveraging data to drive operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and visualize logistics and supply chain data, helping to optimize delivery performance. Your contributions will support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives across our logistics network.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze logistics performance metrics, including cost, timeliness and quality.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key logistics data for stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization within the logistics process.
  • Provide actionable insights to drive the growth of business and improvement of operational efficiency.
