Job description

Title: Remote Epic Configuration Analyst

Compensation: $45-48 / HR

Summary: This role serves as a subject matter expert for Epic configuration, workflows, security setup, company management, and conversion readiness activities. The position plays a critical role in ensuring new organizations are successfully transitioned into our client's Epic environment while maintaining consistency, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Goal: Provides day to day functional and technical support for the Applied Epic system. This role is responsible for resolving Epic-related ServiceNow incidents and requests, supporting system and user administration, maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting workflow and configuration issues, and helping ensure the stability and reliability of Epic across all supported business units.

Technical Requirements: 5+ years

1) Advanced knowledge of Applied Epic administration, configuration, and agency structure design.

2) Strong understanding of Epic security configuration, workflows, reporting structures, and user management

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience supporting agency acquisitions, MGA integrations, or large-scale Epic implementations
  • Experience participating in system conversions and data migration projects
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Experience supporting Epic conversions, migrations, acquisitions, or agency onboarding initiative
