Job Summary
We are seeking a Salad Station/Pantry Cook to join our team! In this role, you will prepare a variety of salads, cold & hot appetizers, desserts, pastries, and other sweets. The ideal candidate has previous salad/pantry experience and a passion for developing innovative salads, appetizers & desserts. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, we’d like to hear from you! 
Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare a variety of salads, appetizers, desserts and sweets, including cakes, pies, cookies, breads, and pastries
  • Create new and interesting salads and appetizers 
  • Develop new and innovative recipes 
  • Decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and pantry areas
  • Prepare custom orders
  • Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary  
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a salad/pantry cook or in a similar role is preferred 
  • Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
  • Knowledge of gluten-free baking, sugar-free baking, and other ingredient limitations
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player with strong leadership skills
  • Available for early morning, afternoon and evening shifts
