I attended Calhoun Community College and Athens State University. I'm married with three kids, and we stay very active as a family through sports like baseball, softball, and wrestling. We're highly involved in the community, supporting local schools, participating in church activities, and engaging in events like Earth Day and the Home and Garden Show.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brody Jackson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
