What it's like to be a Warehouse Cleaner

Warehouse Cleaners work Monday through Friday, starting as early as 5:00 AM and for approximately 7 hours each day in a temperature-controlled warehouse. Their responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, removing hazards from the area, operating equipment, and handling cases of beer and other products that weigh 50 pounds or more. Upholding safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse is essential.

Essential Functions & Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary
  • Willing to learn and follow supervisor directives
  • Demonstrate efficiency and adaptability in a warehouse environment.
  • Capable of safely operating forklifts after receiving training and authorization from Fabiano Brothers.
  • Show a strong commitment to working safely and effectively.
  • Able to repetitively stack, move, and sort products weighing more than 50 lbs.
  • Be reliable and punctual for shifts.
  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (typically 60-64 degrees) with some outdoor exposure.
  • Able to listen to and read work orders to identify items for moving, collecting, distributing, and shipping.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
