  • Full Time: 2nd & 3rd Shifts

    • $5,000 Sign on Bonus for full time only!

  • Weekends ONLY: 2nd Shift

  • Located in Tomah, WI

  • 7.5-Hour Shifts

  • 74-Bed Facility

  • Must hold a current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA).
