A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION HVAC SUPERINTENDENT

As a Commercial Construction HVAC Superintendent, you manage and schedule the tradesman on various projects. Applying your industry knowledge, you evaluate the quality of their work at each phase of construction and confirm that proper procedures are being followed. You communicate the project status to the project manager and general contractor. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION HVAC SUPERINTENDENT

  • At least 8 years of commercial install experience
  • Experience managing tradesmen
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Excellent leadership skills
