Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist new students and families during NSO events.
Lead small-group discussions and campus tours.
Share personal experiences and provide guidance on navigating college life.
Promote campus resources, including academic advising, tutoring, student services, and involvement opportunities.
Assist with orientation logistics such as check-in and event support.
Serve as a positive role model for student engagement, academic success, and campus pride.
Participate in required training sessions prior to orientation programs.
Help foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for all students.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
SCC Student in good standing with a minimum 2.2 GPA.
Preferred Qualifications
A good attitude and willingness to lead.
