Job description

Adecco is hiring a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for a position located in Oakdale / Escalon, CA, offering a competitive pay rate of $32.00 per hour. This role supports a heavy manufacturing/structural steel environment and is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment including CNC machines, forklifts, and welders. The ideal candidate is highly technical, self-motivated, and experienced in industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on shop equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and other industrial equipment

  • Maintain forklifts, company vehicles, and trailers, including inspection logs

  • Coordinate maintenance activities with Production Manager and Shop Foreman

  • Track weekly inventory and lubrication (grease) logs for all machines

  • Conduct facility inspections and identify repair needs

  • Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

  • Follow all company safety standards and procedures

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Experience maintaining industrial equipment in a manufacturing or steel environment

  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for CNC machines and shop equipment

  • Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems up to 480 volts

  • Experience working with hydraulics, motors, and control systems

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience with Beamlines, Plasma Tables, and Plate Processors

  • Background in crane and hoist repair

  • Experience repairing welders, forklifts, and diesel/tractor-trailer equipment

  • Relevant certifications in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields


Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
