Job description

What You'll Do Plan and execute policy initiatives and programs with multiple stakeholders Draft and edit research policies and related documents Provide consultation on research policy-related questions to multiple groups within the company. Develop training materials and provide training to multiple groups within the company, as needed What You'll Bring Advanced degree in a biomedical or social science Experience in research policy, bioethics, or management of big data; or demonstrated interest in learning more Critical thinking ability, coupled with a strong moral compass Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiasm for working in a highly collaborative environment. Experience managing, organizing and executing projects with multiple stakeholders preferred. Familiarity with human genetics a plus Ability to work from 23andMe's office in Sunnyvale, CA a minimum of three days per week is required Pay Transparency 23andMe takes a market-based approach to pay, and amounts will vary depending on your geographic location. The salary range reflected here is for a candidate based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
