As an Account Manager for Ashley Havens - State Farm Agent, you will lead by example-energizing the team, building strong relationships, and driving sales performance. This role functions as a Sales Manager, ideal for someone with a strong background in leadership and a passion for motivating others.
We're looking for a high-energy, naturally charismatic individual who people gravitate toward-someone who can coach, mentor, and uplift a team while contributing to the agency's growth and culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
