Job Summary
ย As the Liquor Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the storeโ€™s operations, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws. You will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.ย 
Responsibilitiesย 
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store employees.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels; manage orders, deliveries, and stock rotation.
  • Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing laws and company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual standards.
  • Monitor cash handling and financial transactions; prepare daily reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure product availability and quality.
  • Promote in-store events, tastings, or promotions when applicable.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience (liquor store or similar preferred).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
