Job Description Summary:Provides ACC Campus Library Services reference services to ACC students, faculty and staff, including in person, phone, email and library chat, as needed.
Scheduled hours may vary, but shifts will primarily be scheduled during the morning and early afternoon, typically from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
Job Description:Description of Duties and Tasks- Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides ACC Campus Library Services reference services to ACC students, faculty and staff, including in person, phone, email and library chat.
- Works with other ACC Library Services and primary campus library faculty and staff, maintaining records and statistical data and, as assigned, collection maintenance, subject bibliography, information literacy support, web or wiki page maintenance, special projects, and reports.
- Participates in critical record keeping practices including using reference desk software designed to gather student learning outcome data.
KnowledgeMust possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

Physical Requirements- Work is routinely performed in a library environment.
- Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling.
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 30 pounds.
