As an STNA your Compensation Package & Benefits Include:

To Qualify as a STNA:

  • Current STNA License in Ohio

  • Prior experience working with the elderly population

  • Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred

  • Empathy and care for those that need help

  • Effective communication skills

Some of Your Responsibilities as a STNA Include:

  • Assists residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including Bathing, Dressing, Eating, Toileting and other ADL tasks as needed

  • Takes and records vital signs.

  • Cares for the resident’s environment and assists with cleaning as needed

  • Meets resident’s mental health and social service needs and advocates for resident as needed
