Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and service-minded individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. In this hybrid service and sales role, you'll act as an extension of the agent - handling inbound service needs, answering calls, assisting clients with policy changes, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. At the same time, you'll actively identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products, quote referrals, and earn commissions for new business you help generate.
This is a full-time opportunity with room for long-term growth and advancement in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide top-tier service and support.
  • Process policy changes, billing questions, and general account updates.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products during service calls and quote referral business.
  • Assist with outbound follow-ups and client outreach as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the agent and team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
  • Must be willing to obtain state insurance licenses.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with phone-based interactions and discussing product options with clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
