Position Overview:
As an Account Representative, you’ll generate new business by contacting prospects, building relationships, and recommending State Farm insurance products that fit their needs. This includes auto home, renters, life, and financial services.
You’ll be working directly with a respected State Farm agent in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where your performance makes a direct impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business through outbound calling, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Build client relationships and follow up on leads
  • Educate customers on coverage options and tailor policies
  • Meet agency sales goals and track daily performance
  • Provide excellent customer service and support existing accounts
Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty License -willing to obtain 
  • Life & Health License-willing to obtain
  • Sales experience 
  • Customer Service experience
  • Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team player and coachable attitude
  • Bilingual required (Spanish)
