Their goal is to ensure clients have the appropriate insurance protection, such as auto, home, or business insurance, while complying with state regulations.

About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent and also gained experience with another insurance company. Those experiences helped shape my customer-focused and education-first approach to serving clients.
I’m married with two children and value building both a strong business and a strong family life. I stay heavily involved in the community as a Boys & Girls Club board member, Orrville Rotary Club member, and President of the Orrville Community Development Corporation. Giving back and helping the local community grow is something I care deeply about.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, an Aspirant program, professional development opportunities, and even the possibility of a four-day work week when goals and requirements are met. We believe in rewarding performance while helping team members continue growing in their careers.
Our culture is built around integrity, growth, and doing what’s right for the customer. I’m looking for someone who is tenacious, driven, ethical, and customer-focused - someone who takes pride in educating customers and helping them make the best decisions for their needs, regardless of the outcome.
If you’re motivated to grow, value professionalism, and want to be part of a team that genuinely puts customers first, this could be a great fit for you.
