Perform Vehicle State Inspections, maintenance, Diagnostics and repairs

Basic Function:
Responsible for the timely completion of assigned repair, warranty and preventative maintenance service on vehicles.
Responsibilities:
ย  ย  Retrieve customer vehicles into service area for service preparation.
ย  ย  Review service orders and inspect vehicles accordingly for additional repairs or malfunctions by test driving or troubleshooting vehicle operation.
ย  ย  Apply technical knowledge to diagnose cause of vehicle malfunctions.
ย  ย  Obtain final approval prior to performing additional repairs.
ย  ย  Respond to repair inquiries in a prompt manner.
ย  ย  Perform repairs and maintenance service work requested in accordance with approved quality and efficiency standards.

MUST HAVE Current Virginia State Police Vehicle Safety Inspector's license.
ASE certified within a year of hire if not already certified.

All of our technicians have inspectors license so not looking for someone to only do inspections, would hire someone if they only wanted to do inspections only but will still need another B or A level tech
