Job description

The Protocol Cleaner is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and compliant work environments within construction sites, cleanrooms, and other controlled environments. This role supports project teams by performing specialized cleaning activities during and after construction to ensure spaces meet quality and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform construction and final cleaning of project sites, cleanrooms, and controlled environments.
  • Remove dust, debris, and construction materials from work areas.
  • Clean floors, walls, ceilings, equipment, and other surfaces using approved procedures.
  • Perform material handling activities.
  • Follow project-specific cleaning protocols and safety requirements.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely and effectively.
  • Assist with containment setup, waste removal, and site organization.
  • Maintain accurate cleaning documentation when required.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and client site requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to support project schedules and deadlines.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous cleaning, construction, or labor experience preferred but not required.
  • OSHA 10 Required
  • Scissor lift experience

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
