About the role:
As a Senior Consulting Manager - Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading enterprise-scale transformation programs, using proven change methodologies to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will be a valued member of our Consulting organization and partner closely with cross-functional teams, program leaders, and client executives.
In this role, you will:
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, workforce transition, training strategies, and organizational readiness.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to support effective adoption of new systems and processes.
• Partner with client executives and project teams to integrate change management activities into program delivery.
• Identify and mitigate change risks and adoption challenges.
• Apply structured OCM methodologies and digital adoption tools.
• Coach and guide project teams through the change lifecycle.
• Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and consulting solution development.
• Demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead through Personal, Organizational, and Business Leadership.
Work model:

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week in a client office in Dallas, TX. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered:
• 10-15+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale, enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven experience operating at a program leadership level, overseeing multiple workstreams and driving strategic outcomes.
• Strong expertise in executive stakeholder management, communications strategy, and enterprise-wide training initiatives.
• Extensive experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption strategies at scale.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
These will help you stand out:
• Experience supporting M&A integration or future-state operating model design.
• Experience working in matrixed environments on global programs.
• Experience creating OCM frameworks or assets.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication.
Total Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
