Montage Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is pivotal in providing support and resources to individuals and families grappling with social, emotional, and environmental challenges. This position is fully remote, allowing our LCSW to manage their work-life balance while engaging in regular business hours, with occasional evening and weekend commitments based on client needs. You will have access to a collaborative virtual environment, utilizing telehealth technologies to reach clients and coordinate care effectively. Operating from a detox center, our approach encompasses both mental health and addiction recovery services, ensuring a holistic perspective when working with individuals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments focusing on clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges to identify their needs and develop appropriate interventions.
• Create individualized service plans that outline clear goals, actionable steps, and methods for progress monitoring with clients.
• Provide high-quality counseling and therapeutic support to individuals facing varied life challenges, ensuring a safe and empathetic space for dialogue.
• Collaborate closely with clients to devise personalized service plans and connect them to vital community resources that facilitate their recovery and empowerment.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessments, safety planning, and immediate support for clients in distress.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with local community agencies and organizations to coordinate services and advocate effectively for clients’ needs.
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to enhance awareness of the center’s services and promote engagement within the community.
• Engage in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education sessions to foster collaboration and professional development.

Our client population includes a diverse range of individuals and families facing significant challenges. This role emphasizes providing support to those who may be experiencing homelessness, struggling with substance abuse issues, victims of domestic violence, or dealing with the consequences of poverty. As an LCSW with Montage Counseling Center, you will play a vital role in addressing their comprehensive needs through tailored support and advocacy.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of social and economic justice issues, along with trauma-informed care principles.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, including cultural competence and the ability to engage with a diverse client base sensitively.

• Experience working in a social service agency or similar setting is preferred, particularly in areas involving mental health, addiction, or crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with community resources and collaboration with local organizations is a plus.
• Experience in developing and implementing evidence-based practice models in case management is advantageous.
