Job description

  • Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium-sized client engagements and discrete segments of larger projects
  • Delegate assignments to staff, instruct and monitor progress, and review work product for completeness and accuracy
  • Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data
  • Design and generate client deliverables and contribute to expert reports
  • Manage client relationships and communicate results and work product as appropriate
  • Prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines
  • Participate in group practice meetings and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Contribute to office functions such as staff training and recruiting
  • Use relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop solutions
Requirements
  • BS/BA with a focus in quantitative analytics (accounting, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics) or related field
  • 6+ years of prior professional experience in data analytics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a team environment supervising and managing team members
  • Prior healthcare/litigation consulting experience highly preferred
  • Experience in disputes and investigations or healthcare research and/or analysis highly preferred
  • Advanced SQL or R skills, with ability to independently execute complex data analytics
  • Proficiency in additional programming languages such as Python, STATA, or SAS is a plus
  • Interest in growing analytics skills and training others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
