Shape the Future of Walmart Services

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of customer and platform experiences that power Walmart's growing portfolio of services. This leader will help define how customers discover, engage with, manage, and receive services across the Walmart ecosystem while building the foundational capabilities that enable future growth. This role is ideal for a product leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, embraces AI as both a product capability and development accelerator, and thrives in highly ambiguous, high-growth environments.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and senior business leaders to create AI-powered experiences and scalable platform capabilities that influence how millions of customers interact with Walmart.

About the Team

The Services Platform team is building the operating system for Walmart's current and future services businesses. We develop the shared capabilities that power service discovery, scheduling, fulfillment, communications, personalization, and customer engagement across Walmart's growing services ecosystem. By combining AI, machine learning, platform engineering, and customer-centric design, we are creating intelligent experiences that seamlessly connect digital and physical service journeys while enabling rapid expansion into new service categories.

What you'll do...

  • Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights.

  • Own complex customer problems and product requirements, considering upstream and downstream impacts.

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.

  • Guide cross-functional teams through product lifecycle stages, including MVP creation, launch planning, and optimization.

  • Establish scalable mechanisms for gathering customer feedback and usage data to inform prioritization and validation.

  • Influence enterprise decisions through compelling narratives grounded in market and customer insights.

  • Mentor product managers and promote best practices to elevate product management discipline.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
