Production / Material Handler

Pay: From $18.75 per hour

Job description: General Labor Production / Material Sorter Weekdays Only - Monday - Friday Great Pay! We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, who want stable full-time work, great pay and great benefits! On-site training is provided!

Position Requirements:

  • Sorting / separating scrap metal materials by hand or with equipment
  • Processing materials through equipment
  • Loading / unloading materials
  • Maintaining a safe work environment
  • Minor repairs to processing equipment when necessary
  • Heavy lifting
  • Other duties as assigned including sweeping and cleaning work area

A strong candidate for the Production / Material Handler position will be:

  • Willing to learn
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • Able to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Willing to work outdoors in seasonal climates
  • Able to work in a dusty and dirty environment
  • Forklift experience a plus
