Dr. Baker, along with five other specialists, established the clinic, which has since expanded to ten campuses, nearly 150 providers, and over twenty specialties. Despite its growth, our commitment to patient-centered, physician-led care remains steadfast. In 2021, we joined forces with a leading multi-specialty group to further our mission of enhancing healthcare and improving the well-being of residents in the Michiana area.
