Health Law Associate – Hybrid from Hartford, New Haven, or Stamford

We are seeking an associate to join our national longstanding health law practice in Connecticut with the opportunity to work two days per week remotely. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of health law experience in a law firm setting involving the representation of health care providers in regulatory and corporate and transactional matters. The candidate should have substantial knowledge of state and federal regulatory aspects of health law including HIPAA, Stark, anti-kickback, fraud and abuse, contract drafting/review, compliance, licensure and accreditation and transactional matters. Top academic credentials are required along with strong writing skills and the ability to become admitted to the Connecticut bar.
