Shift Hours:  7:00am-3:30pm/Monday-Friday 

Pay:  $19.00/Hourly

We offer Pay for Performance where associates can earn additional compensation if they meet certain productivity thresholds.

What you'll be doing:

  • Utilizes Pick-To-Voice technology to pick and pack product to fulfill customer orders or product to be decorated.
  • Assists in other areas of distribution as needed (ie. inventory, returns, shipping, receiving, etc.).
  • Follows orders to pick product throughout our warehouse and confirms orders on the system.
  • Garment prepping, making sure counts are correct, and product is ready to go into production for a piece rate operator.
  • Puts production in specified bins once work is received in.
  • Replenishes bins throughout warehouse.

 What you bring to the table:

  • Ability to collaborate in nature, able to work with internal and external partners to achieve results.
  • Ability to delivering projects on time.
  • Good safety-focused and can follow all procedures in the performance of job duties.
  • Ability to accurately pick customer orders with less than 4 errors per month.
  • Ability to attend to details to ensure items are packed and shipped accurately.
  • Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions.

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 50% of the time.
  • Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
  • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).

  • Prior related experience.
