Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our patients. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.
Position Highlights:
  • Schedule - First shift, Monday-Friday
  • No weekends or holidays

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exemplary patient care by greeting and assisting patients upon arrival, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns
  • Efficiently room patients and prepare them for examinations, accurately documenting medical histories and vital signs in EHR
  • Assist healthcare provider during examinations and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols
  • Perform wound care, including staple/stitch removals and dressing/re-dressing wounds
  • Manage patient communications, including scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries, while maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient flow and enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Uphold a clean and organized work environment, adhering to established safety and infection control protocols
