  • We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1 year of retail experience. Alternatively, a blend of education and experience will do the trick!
  • Excellent written, communication, presentation, and computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.  
  • Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.  
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and have a willingness to learn. 
  • Ability to maintain interdepartmental relationships. 
  • Work will require varied shifts including weekends and holidays, as needed. 
  • Ring up sales with speed and accuracy, making transactions smooth and seamless for our customers.
  • Keep our shelves stocked and looking fabulous, ensuring our customers always find what they're looking for (and maybe a few things they weren't!).
  • Maintain a sparkling and inviting Rock Shop environment. Dust bunnies beware!
  • Create eye-catching displays that make our products shine. Think visually appealing, strategically placed, and irresistible.

  • Answer questions, offer recommendations, and make every customer feel valued.
