 Team Roles You’ll Learn

  • Courtesy Tech – Greet customers, start work orders, vacuum, clean glass, check tire pressure
  • Hood Tech – Perform inspections, communicate findings, ensure top-notch service, perform fluid flushes, complete any services customer authorize
  • Pit Tech – Work under the vehicle, service oil and filter, check for undercarriage issues, differential services
