Can I be a stand in supervisor with no experience?

Becoming a stand-in supervisor typically requires some prior experience in the industry or a related role, as it involves overseeing scenes and coordinating team members. However, entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may start in supporting roles and work towards supervisory positions with on-the-job training. Certifications in safety or production management can also be beneficial for advancement.

How much do stand in supervisors get paid per hour?

Stand-in supervisors typically earn between $15 and $25 per hour, depending on the industry, location, and experience. They often work in entertainment, theater, or event settings, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
