Job description

Looking for a new opportunity? We're looking for Stand-Up Reach or Pacer Equipment Operators in Braselton, GA. We offer weekly paychecks, healthcare benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, and paid training. The warehouse is a high-traffic area and associates must be able to work independently while remaining focused. Stand-Up Reach or Pacer Equipment Operators must be able to use power equipment and work at heights.

6 months of Reach Truck or Pacer experience is required. We test on-site driving skills. If an associate fails the test, they will not qualify for the position.

  • 1st Shift / Morning Shift: Schedule based on volume and subject to change: 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm , $18.50/hour; Must be able to work Overtime

Job Responsibilities

  • RAYMOND STAND-UP REACH TRUCK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Sorting and organizing pallets by type and condition prior to repair
  • Inspecting pallets for damage, wear, and structural integrity to determine repair needs
  • Repairing pallets by replacing broken boards, tightening loose nails, sanding rough edges, and attaching pre-cut boards using tools like hammers, pneumatic nail guns, saws, and electric screw guns
  • Maintaining work area by cleaning and restocking supplies at the end of shift
  • Stack and palletize non-perishable bulk products
  • Pallet Repairer inspects, repairs, and maintains wooden pallets to ensure they are safe, durable, and functional for transporting goods
  • Ensuring compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Reach overhead, twist, turn and squat
  • The warehouse is a high-traffic area and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focused
  • Carpentry or woodworking knowledge, including experience with construction, landscaping, or related fields, is preferred
  • Physical strength and stamina to lift, pull, flip, and handle pallets weighing 50-85 lbs, and to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, and reach for extended periods
  • Abides by company safety rules
  • Follows safety rules for Forklift operation
  • Good communication, punctuality, and attendance are important for team coordination and productivity
  • Attention to detail to ensure repaired pallets meet quality and safety standards
  • The role may involve fast-paced production environments with daily production targets
  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
  • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
  • Zero tolerance for cell phones on the floor
  • Non-climate control building

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.50 - $18.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
