Structural & Stainless Steel Welder-Fabricator – Jackson, TN (38305)

What You’ll Do
  • Fabricate and repair metal structures using multi-process welding (MIG/TIG/Stick).
  • Read and apply blueprints, technical drawings, and specs to guide your work.
  • Set up welding machines and tools for safe, efficient operation.
  • Inspect finished weldments to confirm they meet design and quality requirements.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to hit timelines and stay within budget.
  • Participate in continuous training to expand techniques and stay sharp.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications are a plus.
