Job description

Painter/Finisher

24Restore is looking for a Painter to join our restoration team. This position consists of approximately 50% shop finishing work and 50% field work, performing painting, staining, finishing, and restoration services on residential and commercial properties.

What You'll Do

  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Wall and ceiling painting
  • Wood staining, finishing, and refinishing
  • Paint and stain color matching
  • Surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
  • Protect and prepare work areas
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and shop areas
  • Work with carpenters and restoration crews to complete projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with painting and finishing
  • Experience with wood staining and finishing preferred
  • Ability to match paint colors and stain finishes
  • Detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday-Friday
  • Start time: 8:00 AM
  • Rotational on-call weekends
  • 40+ hours per week with overtime opportunities
