Compensation:

$150 per staging consultation


Responsibilities:

Walk & Talk Consultations (Primary Focus)

  • Conduct in-home Walk & Talk Consultations with sellers
  • Provide clear, confident guidance on de-personalizing, decluttering, layout adjustments, and market preparation
  • Recommend strategic updates to enhance spatial flow and buyer appeal
  • Deliver an easy-to-follow, step-by-step report/ checklist to homeowners after each consultation
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with both the listing agent and seller
  • Ensure expectations, timelines, and next steps are clearly outlined
  • Manage multiple projects with efficiency, maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

Staging & Project Support

  • Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to stage homes for sale
  • Execute full and partial staging projects aligned with EmpowerHome standards
  • Complete home makeover, staging, and updates for resale as needed
  • Ensure each property aligns with its architectural style and target buyer
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:
  • Experience in home staging or interior design, with a focus on enhancing property appeal
  • Ability to conduct insightful Walk & Talk Consultations, providing clear and actionable advice to homeowners
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to maintain professional interactions with sellers and real estate agents
  • Ability to create detailed, step-by-step reports and checklists for clients after consultations
  • Experience in recommending strategic updates that improve spatial flow and buyer appeal
  • Familiarity with the Houston-Baytown-Sugar Land real estate market is a plus, but not required
