Job description

A national manufacturer and installer of residential outdoor wood structures — including sheds, gazebos, and play systems — is seeking a hands-on Installation Manager to oversee regional field operations, contractor performance, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit contractors and assemblers
  • Coordinate with our 1099 installers to ensure projects are assigned and completed in a timely manner
  • Coach installers to drive top Customer Satisfaction results
  • Proactive communication and timely resolution for escalated repairs or service calls
  • Manage warehouse personnel for efficient order preparation and staging
  • Conduct occasional vendor site visits to represent the brand
  • Assist in inventory control procedures such as purchasing, warehouse safety, and inventory adjustments
  • Fosters a goal-motivated environment, strive for continuous improvement, and strong teamwork
