Welcome!

The Service Technician II requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience to complete routine and standard projects and assignments within the Technician Services family. Works under general supervision.
  • Pick and stage parts and tools per job list.
  • Check PPE availability and condition.
  • Assist with basic tool setup under supervision.
  • Scan and upload service logs.
  • Maintain consumables inventory.
  • Clean and organize work areas.
  • Prepare simple reports for completed jobs.
  • Update CMMS status fields.
  • Handle courier shipments for calibration.
  • Report missing or incorrect items immediately.
Minimum Experience: 4+
Years Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
