Job Overview:
  • The Assembly Specialist will be responsible for performing precision assembly of structural and compressor components in a manufacturing environment. 
  • The role involves interpreting technical drawings and specifications, handling and staging components, performing measurements, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • High school education with basic knowledge of shop mathematics and operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, charts, and technical drawings.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
  • Ability to perform measurement conversions and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to obtain forklift and crane operator certifications.
  • 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing or related trade environment.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments including lifting, bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related trades.
  • Applied trade training in blueprint reading, mechanical assembly, or related skills preferred.
