  • Offrir un soutien technique aux usagers internes et aux partenaires d'affaires;<\/span>

  • Diagnostiquer, analyser, documenter, investiguer et\/ou resoudre les problemes de facon autonome;<\/span>

  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement des postes, executer le deploiement de logiciel, gestion des droits : groupes de securite, etc.;<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Assurer le support de l'environnement Office 365 et offrir un accompagnement technologique afin d'en promouvoir l'utilisation optimale;<\/span>

  • Assurer le support des salles visioconference (Teams Room);<\/span>

  • Prendre en charge le volet d'optimisation de nos appareils mobile Apple : iPad & iPhone;<\/span>
