Cabinet d'audit et de conseil, PwC est un reseau international de collaborateurs present dans de nombreux pays, accompagnant les entreprises dans leurs enjeux de transformation, d'audit, de conseil et de digitalisation.Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre equipe IT, nous recrutons un(e) stagiaire ou collaborateur(trice) en CDD en informatique souhaitant developper ses competences techniques au sein d'un environnement professionnel structure et exigeant.
Those in IT support at PwC will focus on providing front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting to facilitate smooth functioning of computer systems software and hardware. Working in this area, you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external clients to address and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner through a variety of mediums/channels. The guidance will help to resolve technical issues and maintain efficient IT operations at the L2 up to L4 support levels.

Vous participerez au support utilisateurs (niveau 1 et 2) et a l'assistance technique quotidienne.

Vous serez amene(e) a intervenir sur l'installation et la configuration des equipements informatiques (postes, logiciels, reseaux).
Vous participerez a differents projets IT lies au deploiement, a la digitalisation et a la securite des systemes d'information.
Vous contribuerez a la documentation des procedures techniques et au suivi des interventions.
Vous beneficierez d'un accompagnement structure, d'un encadrement de qualite et d'une experience concrete en entreprise.
Stage ou CDD de 3 a 9 mois, avec possibilite d'evolution selon les performances et les besoins de l'activite.
Ce que nous attendons de vous :
Etudiant(e) en informatique (Bac+4 a Bac+5 : systemes, reseaux, developpement ou equivalent) ou jeune diplome(e).
Bonnes connaissances en informatique generale : environnement Windows, reseaux et outils bureautiques.
Une premiere experience (stage ou projet academique) serait un atout.
Langues : francais indispensable, anglais professionnel apprecie.
Qualites personnelles :
Rigueur, autonomie, capacite d'analyse et sens du service.
Esprit d'equipe, motivation a apprendre et bon relationnel.
Capacite a evoluer dans un environnement professionnel structure et exigeant.
