What are the responsibilities of a stage crew manager?

A Stage Crew Manager is responsible for overseeing the stage crew during all aspects of a production, including setup, rehearsals, live performances, and breakdown. Their duties include coordinating crew members, ensuring all technical and safety protocols are followed, and managing backstage logistics like set changes and equipment handling.
