About Peoria Music Academy

At Peoria Music Academy, we’re not just teaching music; we’re creating harmony in families and communities. Our mission is to grow musical skills and appreciation through fun, consistent, and locally engaged programs. We have two locations: employment will be at our Thunderbird location (8476 W Thunderbird Rd # 202 Peoria, AZ 85381) and/or our Union Hills location (8110 W. Union Hills, Suite #200 Glendale, AZ 85308).
Hours range from 9:00am - 8:30pm Monday - Fridays and Saturdays 9am - 3pm.
Start date is immediate.
What You Will Do

As a Full-Time Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Serve as the receptionist for the Academy.
    • Greet visitors and check in clients.
    • Answer phones, direct calls, and prepare messages.
    • Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports and process incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Manage calendars and coordinate/schedule lessons, meetings, interviews, etc.
    • Perform clerical duties including typing and maintaining filing systems.
    • Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone/voicemail systems, and computers.
    • Manage inventory of office supplies and merchandise.
  • Communicate with teachers, staff and clients, handling questions and concerns.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Sales of merchandise, books, and other accessories in a POS.
    • Achieve monthly sales and client retention goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
