The term 'Stag' is often used as an abbreviation for 'Stagiaire,' which refers to an intern or trainee, particularly in European contexts. Stag jobs are positions typically offered to students or recent graduates, where they gain hands-on experience in their field of study. These roles are usually temporary and designed to provide practical training and professional development. Stag positions can be found across various industries, including business, engineering, hospitality, and more. The experience gained during a stag can be valuable for building a resume and networking within the industry.

As a Stagiaire, your daily tasks will often involve supporting your team with routine assignments, conducting research, assisting with project coordination, and handling administrative duties. You may participate in meetings, collaborate on team projects, and receive mentorship from experienced staff. Familiarity with commonly used industry software, office tools, or specific technical platforms may be required depending on the sector.
