At a respected, Joint Commissionโ€“accredited regional hospital, the Endoscopy GI Lab Staff RN Registered Nurse will thrive within a culture recognized for clinical excellence, safety, and innovation, supported by advanced endoscopy suites featuring high-definition imaging, ERCP/EUS capabilities, a leading EMR, and evidence-based protocols aligned with SGNA standards and infection-prevention best practices. Reporting to an experienced Endoscopy Nurse Manager and collaborating with a Perioperative Services leadership team, the Endoscopy GI Lab Staff RN Registered Nurse will be supported by board-certified gastroenterologists, anesthesia professionals, skilled GI technicians, scope reprocessing experts, and friendly nurses representing a diverse, interdisciplinary workforce. The Endoscopy GI Lab Staff RN Registered Nurse will oversee pre-procedure assessment, intraprocedural circulating and moderate sedation in alignment with policy and ACLS/BLS standards, and post-anesthesia recovery, while contributing to patient education, scope tracking, regulatory readiness, and service-line quality initiatives that keep the GI Lab performing at its best.
