RN Clinical Manager – Home Health | Greenville, SC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $78,000.00– $82,000.00


At MSA Home Health, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., we believe that care should be delivered with integrity, expertise, and a personal touch—right in the patient’s home. We are currently seeking a Full-Time RN Clinical Manager to join our Home Health leadership team and oversee clinical operations in Greenville, Spartanburg, and Seneca, SC.


In this key leadership role, you’ll guide a team of skilled clinicians while ensuring patients receive high-quality, coordinated, and compliant home health services. If you’re an experienced RN with a passion for home care and team leadership, this is your opportunity to grow professionally while making a lasting impact.


What You’ll Do:

  • Approve new service requests, re-certifications, plan of care changes, and add-on orders.
  • Supervise scheduling and coordination of all patient care services.
  • Review and approve patient re-certifications and discharges.
  • Audit physician orders for accuracy, legibility, and compliance before submission.
  • Review and sign all lab reports, and promptly notify physicians of any clinical concerns.
  • Conduct in-home supervisory visits to ensure high standards of patient care and staff performance.
  • Support and mentor clinical staff to maintain regulatory compliance and service excellence.


What You Bring:

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Active RN license in the state of South Carolina (required).
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in Home Health (required).
  • Strong knowledge of Home Health regulations, reimbursement processes, and OASIS documentation.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to quality patient care and clinical compliance.
