Job Overview:
The Suites Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the suite attendants and pantry coordinators during events at the stadium, ensuring excellent service, cleanliness, and organization in their assigned suites. This includes supervising all aspects of suite operations, from opening duties and food distribution to guest interaction and post-game closing procedures. The Suites Supervisor will be the primary point of contact for suite staff and will ensure that suite holder expectations are met while maintaining operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Opening Duties (Before Gates Open):

  • Ensure suites are fully stocked with the correct beverage order and inventory
  • Unlock pantries and ensure proper organization of products and the pantry is stocked to par.
  • Assist in checking in suite attendants before the pre-shift meeting.
  • Assist with hot food distribution. Ensure the correct food is distributed to the correct suites using the color-coded hot box map.
  • Conduct a suite walk-through prior to gates opening to ensure all suites are prepared. Reference the suite attendant checklist to ensure suites are fully stocked with food, beverage, utensils, condiments, and equipment. Inspect food presentation and address any issues (e.g., burnt, discolored food) by informing management and the p-cord.

During the Game:

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of suites to ensure cleanliness, proper food and beverage replenishment, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor staff productivity
  • Regularly check in on suite holders to ensure their needs are met and relay any guest requests to suite attendants.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally. If necessary, coordinate with the kitchen for food remakes and escalate issues to management
  • Monitor pantry coordinators and help with breaks or taking orders during their absence.
  • Ensure pantries are clean, organized, and free of clutter.

Closing Duties (After Event):

  • Conduct a walkthrough of all suites with the suite attendants to ensure they are cleaned, restocked, and organized.
  • Assist pantry coordinators in closing out any open tickets.
  • Collect and organize all closing paperwork

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hospitality or event management, preferably in a supervisory role at a large venue.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking through suites and ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the stadium event schedule.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the stadium for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

  • Works closely with suite attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met.
  • Develops a positive rapport with guests.
  • Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year leadership experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.
