Job Summary

We are looking for dependable and friendly Stadium Concessions Team Members to join our event staff! Team members will assist with both cashier and food preparation duties at concession locations throughout the stadium. This is a fast paced, team-oriented position where no two events are exactly alike. Team members may work at the register, prepare and serve food, restock supplies, maintain cleanliness, and assist with other concession duties as needed.


Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including snacks, beverages, and quick-service meals.
  • Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions.
  • Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities, and ensure prompt service.
  • Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing counters, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Manage food handling responsibilities safely, including operating kitchen equipment like fryers, grills, or warmers while adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Process cash transactions efficiently while balancing cash register drawers at shift end; handle credit card payments securely.
  • Support food safety management practices by following sanitation protocols and ensuring proper food storage procedures are maintained.


Experience

  • Prior experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and customer service within the food industry or retail settings.
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferred; experience operating kitchen equipment is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during high-volume periods.
  • Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals.
  • Previous roles involving cashiering, serving customers, or retail sales transactions will be advantageous.
