Job description

SUMMARY
Security Event Staff for TeamOps have the unique opportunity to provide safety, security and service to each and every guest that enters Gillette Stadium. Security Event Staff will work in a variety of areas throughout the stadium and are expected to use their stadium knowledge and familiarity with Gillette Stadium policies to create a culture and atmosphere that creates a safe, positive and memorable experiences for each guest.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Ensure fans safety and security by conducting careful entry screening and inspections. This will include the tactful messaging of prohibited items or non-compliant bags that cannot be allowed into the stadium.
  2. Conduct a secondary inspection as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.
  3. Conduct pat downs as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.
  4. Operate the Evolv Machine consistently and follow proper protocols to keep prohibited items from entering the stadium.
  5. Assist guests with any special requests including ADA questions or accommodations
  6. You must commit to safety by monitoring crowd activities and report any suspicious activity and/or behavior to your area supervisor.
  7. Appropriately identify and escalate security concerns to your supervisor or nearest Law Enforcement Officer as needed.
  8. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  9. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people in an exciting environment Ability to take direction and demonstrate flexibility with shifting priorities on event day
  • Ability to work full stadium events to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Some positions may require the repeated climbing of stairs
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud/very loud on event days
  • This position may require work in inclement weather to include heat, cold, rain, snow
