Job Summary

Summary:

Levy Restaurants is seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to lead and support the Utility Team in maintaining clean, safe, and efficient food and beverage operations. This role is responsible for supervising daily utility activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, coordinating supplies and equipment, and fostering a positive, high-performing team environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise, direct, and support Utility Team Associates during assigned shifts.

Collect, review, and verify completion of all required weekly cleaning and setup checklists.

Monitor the condition, cleanliness, and functionality of cleaning equipment across all food and beverage locations.

Assist Concession Managers with ordering and maintaining adequate inventory of cleaning supplies.

Conduct pre-shift huddles to communicate daily objectives, safety reminders, and operational updates.

Assign daily responsibilities, monitor team performance, and conduct end-of-shift checkouts to ensure all tasks are completed.

Manage the distribution and inventory of cleaning chemicals for all food and beverage locations throughout each concourse.

Ensure all team members consistently comply with company policies, safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and risk management procedures.

Lead the setup and support of specialty activations for both internal events and external locations as needed.

Assist with identifying facility maintenance needs and submitting maintenance work orders.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. 

Requirements & Qualification

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory, team lead, or assistant management experience, preferably in hospitality, food service, or a related environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Working knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards is preferred.

Ability to lift, carry, push, or move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods throughout the workday.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
